Is it okay to hang a bike with a hydroalic disc? I'm referring to the clips or hooks you use to hang a bike by its wheel.

NYCC winter dev ride this morning, myself and another rider ended up with silver thumb tacks in our tires.  Last week a friend ended up with multiple silver thumb tacks in both his tires, also going up Bradley/Tweed.  Seems like its being done on purpose, just a heads up to anyone riding through there.

It's a small clip-on fender.  This one is from England, and I would generally not buy something (esp. something so small/ inexpensive) shipped from overseas?  Are these small fenders any good?  Is there an American model that anyone could recommend?

so I'm heading west on my bike, stopped at traffic light on E85th and Park Ave or maybe it was Madison. I'm on the right side (since I was planning to go thru the Central Park traverse to westside, otherwise I usually ride on the left side of one way streets). A helmeted citibike rider is also stopped at the light but on the left side. A driver, rolls down the window and tells the citibike rider that he should be on the right side, it's the law. He said bike lanes are usually painted on the left side and that's why I'm on the left side.
