Pimp my ride
I'm very slowly turning my black and silver Trek (aka, vertical asphalt) into a black and silver and lime green Trek. To that end, I think I'm going to replace the cable housing. This is the first time I've ever shopped for parts like this, and I'm a little overwhelmed. Here are my options:
1) Shimano PTFE Road Shift set ($35) and Brake set ($40). Two separate sets, total cost, $75.
2) Clark's Stainless Sport Brake Kit ($13) and Sport Gear Cable Kit ($12). Two separate sets, total cost inc. shipping, $31.
3) Jagwire Racer DIY Brake and Derailleur Kit, $35. Appears to have both sets, inclusive, for $35.
Fighting ticketing on GW Bridge bike path/Hudson Terrace: the dog that didn't bark
After threads on this forum from here to Cincinnati, and a day in court; silence, not a word about the results of cyclists, FLPD and the judiciary.
Don't you think if anything is to be gained by the cycling community some sort of explanation is in order?

CP morning laps agreement
I highly doubt this agreement is still in effect. Did some laps this morning 530-630am, cops were out with radar guns (more hidden this time) and squad car by boat house was waiting for someone to run the red light.
This has to be costing a pretty penny to have this muct enforcement out there at these hours. and they cant be bothered to monitor the vehicular traffic speeding in the park?

Berkshires cue sheets
Does anyone have a cue sheet for the Bash Bish Route or the Lakeville Lake Route often used for the Memorial Day weekend?
Thanks

Which tire brand is best for puncture resistance
Formerly rode on Michelin Krylion's which seem to have been discontinued. Not getting a flat trump's going a smidgen faster. What do people like?
