Wanted: Old school Sidi Rathcet Buckle- Black/Red/Silver preferred
Does anybody have a retired old pair of Sidis just sitting around with sound ratchet buckles? One of my ratchet buckles has broken on my Dragons, and I would rather just replace the broken one than buy a new pair of buckles which require the purchase of new straps as well. Drop me a line if you might be willing to part with such a part!. The red/black/silver model is preferred, but I would consider purchase of another option that functions fully.
Cheers, ya'll!

Piermont B4 Turkey ride UPDATE
11/23 UPDATE - Weather forecasts are all over the lot, and indeterminate but tending toward wet-ish. I'll post on this msg board, on this thread (assuming I can find it :>), by 8PM Wed. evening. I'd really like to ride, but not if it means getting wet/messy. So - - the post might be either an adviso to poke our heads outside 6:30AM Thursday -- or an invite to join me for a longish, slowish, cardio-jog (with a few intervals on the back 9) on the CPk gravel path and reservoir loop, leaving from the boathouse. Tthat I won't mind doing in a drizzle or light rain. Plus we'll still burn calories in advance of the big feast.
New York bike share coming?
NYC preparing to set up a bike share program...
Surprise! It turns out we have friends in the PIPC police—and in the road maintenance crew.
Club historians of a revisionist stripe, having in mind certain board sniping during the club election, will marvel in wonder at Hal Eskenazi's writing me to ask me yesterday to repair the NYCC-donor "signage" (or signs) on the bike racks at the PIPC office at the end of River Road. You, too, will marvel since all the major networks have done stories on my never riding past early October and never, ever other than on Saturdays.
Nevertheless, being delighted, if surprised, that Hal would call on me and being dutiful and eager to mend electioneering schisms and heal wounds, I did that very thing today.

Bad advice about tire pressure in the ride listings
"Pump up tires to the pressure specified on the sidewall."
Sorry, but this is very bad advice. The pressure specified on the sidewall is arbitrary and isn't the ideal pressure for any given person. I always run my tires below the recommended pressure, with no risk of pinch-flats.
Please change it to "make sure your tires are properly inflated," or something to that effect.
How can I view the details of a past ride?
I was just trying to search for the listing of the ride that I co-led yesterday, but it's nowhere to be found. I can find details of future rides under the "Current Rides" listing, but where have all the past rides gone?
I went to "Submit a Ride" and found this: "To see details of rides already submitted for this month, please click here (the wrods "click here" being almost invisible against the dark blue background). But the link just brought me back to the same page I was on.
