Looking for a recommendation for a bike service + repair (Cervelo R2, my right gear shifter has just given up today)

Looking online, Trek in Hell's Kitchen looks good, but there seems to be a big variation in price and reviews across different stores

Any recommendations very much appreciated!

I have a Saris hitch mount racknon my car and have in the past month received 2 tickets for improperly displayed plate. Granted when you're directly behind the car the middle number of the license plate cannot be seen but from any other angle it it clearly displayed. 
Can someone provide me with some insight into this, I see bike racks on cars all the time exactly and wonder why I'm suddenly receiving tickets after 3 years with this car and 16 years with other cars.
