Hi all, I'm traveling to New Hampshire in August for a week and am looking to rent a travel case. I would only be carrying it on the train so there will be little room for damage and will be well taken care of.

I was just reminded by the thousands of bikes in Riverside Park today that the race is scheduled for tomorrow.  NYCC rides starting in CP or ERS might have to make alternate plans.

sorry about the change of heart but it's now soaking wet and drizzling.  if anyone shows up at the boathouse, i'll be there and maybe we can ride to scarsdale if the rain stops.

But, there is a 20-40% chance of rain starting at noon so bring a light rain jacket if you have one.  See you at 9:30.

We might take things a little slow, though. Not TOO slow but slower for safety and comfort's sake.

Bring fenders if you've got em, and don't wear anything you'd hate to see with mud flecks on the back.

Changing weather forecasts show continued improvement, although still borderline with a 30% chance of rain in the afternoon. That's summer for you.

Therefore, I am going forward with our ride to the Gunks assuming a few of you are willing to give it a shot.
