Tour fever looming large? Check out the below link for reviews of current books with that subject matter. For those of us more used to viewing club group rides from the rear Lanterne Rouge should offer some encouragement! Not mentioned in the link is a book by Graham Healy, presumably new, but I am open to correction on this, on World War 1 and it's impact on the tour.

RAGBRAI - Wristband Available
Hi, I had to back out of Ragbrai last minute, I am selling my wristband for the full week.
I am also signed up to travel with Bubba's Pampered Peddlers, I'm looking to sell that. He moves all your luggage, and sets up & breaks down your tent every night. The tent comes with an air mattress.
Lastly, I had a share in a van that is driving the bikes and luggage out to Iowa. If you would like to send your bike out in the van vs. breaking the bike down & shipping, the price is negiotable.
Any questions, please reach out! I really would like to sell all of the above.
Looking for an easy and flat loop from Sandy Hook ferry
Can’t find anything in the ride library, but I noted a similar ride posting a few weeks ago. Any help appreciated. Hope to leave from downtown Manhattan and have an easy C level pedal that affords beach opportunities as well as good cycling.

The A train only runs to 168th
For the next few weekends (including for the Newcomer's Ride), the A train is only running as far as 168th. This means that getting to/from the GWB, you won't be able to get off/on at 175th. The good news is that 168th has an elevator.
Also, I got the following report about road conditions in the area: The lower part of Fort Washington was milled. In two weeks that will almost certainly be paved. Leaders should take a Broadway bypass for any segment of Fort Washington that has road work that week, in case the DOT proceeds northward with their work and leaves a section unfinished.
Wednesday Morning Ride Down Greenway to Battery Park City
I am planning to do my usual Wednesday morning ride from 72nd and Riverside Drive to Battery Park City and back this Wednbesday, July 1st, meeting at 6:15 am at the Eleanor Roosevelt statue. I submitted a ride listing but unfortunately submitted it late, so it may not appear in time.
It's a great ride. Hope you can join me.
Fastest time to Piermont?
any idea who holds the record?
Shorter C Ride at West Point or Visit to Quarry and See West Point instead of Saturday Ride
Hi:
I would be interested to know if there is anyone who would like to do a shorter C ride on Saturday or go to the Quarry and seeig West Point instead of doing the longer ride.
Thank you.

Bikes Allowed on MNRR July 4th Inbound to GC?
Does anyone know (or know who I can contact) regarding whether bikes are permitted on inbound to GC Hudson Line trains on Friday, July 4th? I know there are some restrictions with regard to outbound trains for the Holiday Weekend.
Thanks!
