Simple RWGPS questions
RideWithGPS is a great route planning site. (BTW, you can edit a RWGPS cue sheet any way you like, or export it, so I don't want to hear any more about their "weird cue sheets.") I have two questions.
1/ Is there a way to mark someone else's route as a "favorite" to let me refer to it in the future, without importing it into my own routes?
2/ If I do import someone else's route into my own routes, can I keep his/her name (or a generic name such as "NYCC") as the creator of the route? As far as I've seen so far, RWGPS wants to insert my name as the preparer of the route, even though that's not true.
Thanks for your input.

NYCC Ride Leader to Become Spiritual Leader of 20,000 Swedes
Judith Steyer is moving back to Stockholm next month and will be the first woman ever to be Sweden's Chief Rabbi. She also will be responsible for other rabbis and synagogues in smaller Swedish cities. I have enjoyed and will miss being on her rides, especially "Fishy Business". I am sure that the members of NYCC join me in congratulating her on being selected and wish her success in this important and challenging position. She is planning to join Stockholm's equivalent of the NYCC-- Frderikshov IF Cykelklubb (founded in 1926 with about 2,000 members). There is an annual 30,000 cyclists event called "Vatternrundan"--300 km around a large lake. BTW Backroads now has a tour between Copenhagen and Stockholm.

cylists pulled over on Riverside Drive
Today I noticed several bikers on the side of the road with police on both my ride out and ride in to the city. Not sure if this represents a crackdown, but riders should exercise caution as always.
Something to be outraged about
