London is in the midst of a 10 year, $1.4 billion build-out of its bike network. In 2000, cars entering central London outnumbered bikes 11 to 1. By 2014, it was 2 to 1.

Looking to borrow (or rent) panniers for my first (trial) overnight biking trip, June 25/26. Promise to take good care, and replace if any damage occurs.

Try this: http://www.100cols.nl/info_eng.html. 4000 kilometers of riding. Over 100 passes ("cols"). 66 kilometers of climbing (I make that to be about 215,000 feet), all in France. What do you have planned for the summer?

Does anyone have a bike trailer for hauling stuff? (not kids -- though a kid trailer might work, too..). Looking to borrow.

Looking for Tandem Rider

Submitted by sheenaiyengar on Tue, 05/31/2016 - 10:56pm

Hi all --

I'm looking for a Tandem parter (or a few) to ride with. I'm pretty experienced, have my own tandem bike, and have been riding for a number of years -- I just did the 5 Boro Bike Tour in May.

Only thing is the rider needs to be the leader - I am blind, so I'll be at the back!

I live around 125 and Broaway, near Columbia, where I teach at the Business School, and I'm up for rides to anywhere, anytime.

Let me know if you're interested and feel free to email me directly: [email protected].

Thanks!

Sheena
