training question - hydration levels
I spin a fair amount and drink about 0.75 Liters of water in a 45 minute class.
On the other hand on a 4 hour club ride I might drink 1-1.5 Liters - so less water per hour.
I am wondering if my body is adapting to the high levels of hydration during spinning on one hand, but because of this is less prepared to deal with the lower hydration levels on the club rides.
Should I try to drink less during spinning class to force my system to adapt to the lower hydration levels during "real" rides?

Hill Repeats in Queens
Any suggestions for places to do hill repeats in Queens?
Something like Churchill or Walnut would be ideal.
Thanks.

B16 Central Park laps - Tuesday, 5:45am - weather report
The report on weather.com for Tuesday morning is pretty dismal. But, I hate to cancel at 6pm the night before because you never know.... But, if at 9 or 10pm tonight it still looks dismal, maybe I will cancel and actually get some sleep for a change. So, check again later to see what I'm thinking.
Regards, Linda
PS: Two of the people who signed up (MB and EN) do not have their emergency contact name/phone number in the system. Please go into your NYCC account information online and add that information. Thanks very much.
