I have a lump where I think my sit bones are that makes it painfull to go cycling. It is on the right side.  My doctor says not to worry but it still hurts.

Advice needed on getting from Atlantic Highlands, NJ to Norwalk, Ct.

I am taking the Seastreak into Manhattan and going on the pathway on the Hudson River up to the GW bridge. Am a bit confused on where to go from there. This part of the ride will be day 13 of a 1400 mile ride from Jacksonville to Maine.

Your input is appreciated.

I crashed my CAAD9 5 and the my frame is all bent. My 105 components are fine. I, local bike stores, and cannondale don't have any frames to replaces it with. The two main options I've been told were either to go get the CAAD10 (which I can only find already uilt with 105s) or to get a Specialized Allez with lowest end components and swap in my components.

1. How does the Allez compare to the CAAD10?

2. Any other suggestions?
