WUSS Rides UPDATE!!
The WUSS series is back on the ride listings... for all those that had signed up already, you are once again listed as participants for this Saturday.
For those that posted on the message board, the Facebook page, and the several dozen members who emailed us directly, Harry and I, along with the rest of the WUSS leaders are very grateful for your concern and support.
Finally, a MAJOR thank you to club president Neile Weissman for his calm and level-headed influence in this matter.
Now all we need is decent weather... anyone have any influence with Horae or Boreas?

After Hours Ride
Is there any interest in joining an afternoon ride in CT Park? I am thinking Tue and Thur at 7.15pm at TOG.
Please drop your email address if you are interested.
PS. Due to it's timing the ride cannot be posted in the rides/events section.
Refurbish -- or not -- advice requested
I've got a titanium Serotta with carbon seat stays and fork, and after 9 years, with good maintenance, it's in good shape. But there are scratches in the carbon (nothing really deep, but "there"), the Ti could use a polish, and the decals are half gone. However, by the time you strip it & ship it and pay Serotta, it's close to a grand. Is it worth it? Does the carbon really need stripping & recoating? I'd appreciate opinions pro and con -- while the weather's still bad enough so I won't miss the bike for a couple of weeks.
Street Safety photo shoot Sunday 2/2, 12 noon, Grand Army Plaza
At noon sharp on Sunday, Feb 2, Right Of Way is assembling as many folks as possible at Grand Army Plaza for a photo shoot to support the big legislative push to grant NYC home rule authority to install and enforce 20 mph speed limits on residential streets.
At the shoot, everyone will hold one of our SPEED: 20 IS PLENTY signs -- the ones we installed on lamp-posts along Prospect Park West in November. We have 100 signs and we want to get 100 people.
We have a photographer, a ladder and a media outlet. Now we need you. Please come. And spread the word.

New Website Feature: Social Login
Hello all,
In an effort to simplify the login process for our members, we've introduced the ability to authenticate using Facebook and/or Google. When the login screen is presented, you'll now see logos for Facebook and Google. Simply click on your preferred Social Medial platform to authenticate using it.
Note that your primary email address on the selected platform (Facebook/Google) must be the email used in your NYCC Account.
Don't like/use Social media? No problem, just keep using your current user name/password to login.
Lastly, we do not collect any information from the Social Media platforms nor do (can) we post anything on your behalf. This is simply a way to have one less password to remember.
