Long-time advocate Steve Faust passed away over the weekend. Read about his life and many accomplishments here.

Any thoughts on different outcomes in 2 scenarios with a common similarity?

1 No apparent rise in fatalities in NYC in light of Citibikes no helmet policy.

Pushing on from Bear

Submitted by TAnderson on Tue, 04/01/2014 - 8:41pm

If a group was doing a decent 200km ride with A Garmin. 810; is there any other towns or places worthy of riding to near Bear Mountain? The location would be plugged in to the Garmin so would be looking for cycling friendly roads.

or is there any towns other than Nyack and Piermont worth riding through back towards Manhattan from Bear Mountain?

Thanks in advance!
