Grade the Manhattan Bridge?

Question: What grade would the Manhattan Bridge path receive, based on current use, according to the US Federal Highway Administration?

Answer: Download the spreadsheet (bottom of link). Then, once you've opened it, click tab that says "Trail_LOS_Calculator".

Input four (4) variables:

- Path width = 9' (approx. on main span)

- Centerline = yes

B15 Fall Foliage 1 - Moved to Sunday

The ride listing has been moved to Sunday, with all participants still listed.

If you are on the roster and can't make it, please withdraw to make room for others.

The route has been changed somewhat for an end in Croton-Harmon, where more trains are available.

B17 FF1 SATURDAY CANCELLED - SUNADY ALTERNATIVE - Fall Foliage Series Ride #1: Croton Dam

The Saturday ride has been cancelled due to weather.

HOWEVER...some genius leaders, not me, have come up with an alternate route for Sunday that is essentially the same ride, with a small change after Croton Dam and before Peekskill, that will end in Croton-Harmon. At Croton-Harmin we will have access to more trains and have accomplished the proposed ride with one minor detour.

Fall Foliage Ride #1: Cancelled

Due to the possibility of wet roads in the morning and into the afternoon, we have decided to cancel this ride. There are several twisty descents on narrow tree lined roads. Wet leaves and uneven road surfaces do not make for safe riding conditions.
