i do not have cable. i'm thinking of getting the nbc sports gold package ($39.99).  do you know if i can watch the tour de france on nbc sports gold on demand?  i.e. if the morning live show starts at 7am, can i watch at 9am from the beginning?  same thing - when i come home from work at 6pm, can i watch the morning live feed on demand?  i do not want to watch the 8pm taped feed.

Hi - anyone have any suggestions for a shop in London that will hire road bikes?

1.     Captain Peter Andrea reported on ytd stats:  117 moving summons issued to cyclists in 2017 which was down from 177 last year.  93 of those were for failure to yield to a pedestrian at crossings.  Andrea recognizes that cyclists go through red lights but emphasizes the enforcement approach is to issue summons when they see reckless or dangerous activity which threatens the safety of either or both of cyclists and pedestrians.  In other words, be mindful and respectful of pedestrians and other park visitors while doing laps.
