Cycling and Ledderhose Disease
An old friend and avid mountain biker has recently reported that he has developed Ledderhose Disease in one foot. Posting this is the slim hope that someone has had experience with this condition. Particularly curious regarding possible links to repetitive pedaling and the development of Ledderhose Disease as well as tips to continue riding with the condition. Thanks in advance.

Big SHOUT OUT to the Board of Directors of the NYCC
The year is coming to an end – and what a year it has been. It would have been easy for the board to close the doors tight and put up a sign “Come back when it’s over”. But they didn’t do that. Instead, they worked tirelessly to keep the show going. . . . so we could continue to make new friends, so we could visit with old friends, and do all that on our bicycle. They kept on keeping on – it could not have been easy – vaccine, masks, covid tests, coughing, social distancing - and they did all that for us. Thank you, thank you very much.

Great quote by Bishop Desmond Tutu who just died

Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.
