C-Ride this coming Saturday
I plan to post a C-Ride to State Line Lookout, returning through Tappan, Knickerbocker, Demares etc. Right now the weather forecast is for thunderstorms that day so I am watching to see if the weather will change for the better before committing to the ride. This is just a heads up in case you are also watching the weather.

Thank you to Neile Weissman and all the other New Paltz volunteers
I want to thank Neile Weissman for all of his work in organizing this weekend's trip to New Paltz. One of the guiding principals of the trip is that all our members have to do is sign up and everything else is taken care of. You don't need to think about where to stay or what to eat or how you'll get your luggage there - you just have the most enjoyable weekend. What that means is that Neile worries about all those things for you, taking on a crushing load of coordination and planning every single one of the routes. And oh, what routes! I joined a B16 group for an enchanting ride up to the Ashokan resevoir, and every mile had a new treat. One of the leaders turned around after a particularly gorgeous descent and observed that every single rider was smiling.

Is there a version of this race for mere mortals, such as I?

Morton’s Neuroma - podiatrist or PT recommendations?
Has anyone in the club ever gotten Morton's Neuroma (condition where the nerve in your foot becomes irritated) and had it successfully resolved?
If so, please share any pointers (podiatrist, PT referrals - preferably in Brooklyn or Manhattan).
I miss doing my long rides -- and am looking forward to recovering & getting back on my bike! Thanks in advance!
Construction on Hudson greenway north of W181 ped bridge?
Does anyone know if the construction on the Hudson greenway that was supposed to start late may has actually started? Is the section from W 181 pedestrian bridge to end closed now? Thanks!

Any good experience with sports chiropractor/PT?

Thanks!

The 4 mile Orangetown bike railtrail was named after him. Incidentally his daughter was our baby sitter when we lived in Orangeburg
