Cuomo Bridge Loops
Now that the bike/pedestrian path over the Cuomo (Tappan Zee) Bridge is open, we've posted some routes in the Ride Library that use the bridge. They can be found in the Westchester/CT Region and in the New Jersey/Rockland County Region. More will be added soon, but here are the first two:
https://nycc.org/cue-sheets/nj-rockland/120607 (This route goes east to west.)
https://nycc.org/cue-sheets/nj-rockland/120686 (This route goes west to east, with Rockland Lake State Park.)
burley type kid trailer
I want to test a kids trailer with my grandkids, before I purchase one. I'm sure I'll like it - unsure about them. Does anyone have one they would be willing to let me try? Thanks

Bikes on Metro North?
Has anyone been able to take a bike on a MetroNorth train, either week day mornings between 6 and 8am, or weekends?
Thanks

Negative Experiences with Transition Bike Lanes
Hi, I hope everyone is well and healthy.
Has anyone had any negative experiences with bike lanes that switches from one side to the other side mid-block?
I know that before changes were made, this was the configuration on West 30th street between 8th and 7th Avenues.
Please respond directly to this post or email me @ [email protected] if you have! Thank you.
Insight on fit?
Hi clubmates -
Does anyone know if the current offerings of jerseys are more "race fit" or more "club fit"? More euro-sized or american-sized? I want to pick one up with the incentive gear plan, but I won't wear it if it's sloppily over-sized or, obviously, too small. I trust your experience more than I trust the measurement guide posted.
Thanks - - - mle

You MUST read the Sticky Statement of the NYCC at the top of this page about us vis a vis blacks.
I write this here instead of posting this as a reply-comment after that sticky post because, if you're like me, you don't pay much attention to stickies. I want to call attention to it. It's terrifically well written. And important.
Only so long as I'm writing this will I add this incident on my ride today—a disturbing statement where we are in our culture today. As I approached 96th and RSD, a black couple was standing no more than a foot off the curb, in the street. I was going to stop there to wait for a riding bud. As I rode through the green light, seemingly aimed for them, they pulled back. As they did, I called out, "You're not in my way."
