Strawberry Shores Century
Please note that I have revised this ride to change the start time and location. We are now starting from the Statue of Civic Virtue in Queens at 6:30 AM. The mileage is also revised to 107 miles. There is one planned stop about mile 37. The Strawberry Festival site is about mile 85. The remaining miles are to the LIRR home.
We have a train to catch so our departure from the Strawberry Festival is accordingly scheduled for about 3PM or so. If we make good time on our ride out, we get to hang out and go on some rides and such. There are food vendors at the Festival.

FSA K-Force Drive side pedal Bolt has become loose, Need some help
My Friend's, FSA K-Force crank's drive side pedal bolt has become loose and there is some play.
The Crank is most likely 5 years old, but I will guess less than 6,000 miles on it.
Obviously out of warranty so that gives him no recourse.
Any idea if this can be fixed or re-glued?
I read about issues like this but no fixes on line.
Thanks
Rob

This is appalling!
The video Darren (dortsman) posted takes your breath away. Thank you, Darren.
The video linked to it of police videotaping cyclists while parked in a bike lane and, seemingly, ticketing cyclists for not riding in the very lane they are blocking, is upsetting.
But, this, THIS, is appalling! http://blog.ronconcocacola.com/2011/06/02/nyc-goes-three-ways.aspx Most appalling of all here: the cyclists!
