2020 book recommended reading

How much of a laughingstock will I be if I go on a C ride without clip-in biking shoes?  

Do any of you folks who’ve had hip surgery/replacement have any tips on rehab? I have been given the go ahead to ride my trainer next week, so I was wondering how much, if at all, you change your setup.

Raise bars, etc etc.

And how long did you wait to get outside?. I don’t have an elevator so one issue is being allowed to lift any real weight, like over 10 lbs or so. I would need to carry my bike down a flight  of stairs and a stoop.

I’d  be grateful for any and all tips and personal experiences.

What's the current status of the Hudson Greenway?  Has construction been completed on the section north of Cherry Walk?

I purchased a large men's jersey this year that unfortunately is too small for me.  Does anyone have an XL for trade?  Mine is never used, still with tags and in its plastic bag.  Thanks.  Bob
