It works out to around 100 bucks a day including food and lodging.. so quite a good deal...

How many calories should I be consuming per hour on long rides, 100 mile plus. I weigh 160 pounds. I'm thinking 150 calories.

I don't go fast, about 15mph. Thanks

I am looking  for a bike rack that I might be able to borrow for the Birkshires weekend. 

Does anyone have a rack that would fit on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and hold three bikes that they aren't using and might be willing to loan?

Or, does anyone know if there are rentals out there?
