In case.

I live in Elmhurst, Queens.  I am amazed at how may people I have seen on bikes today in the snow, ice, and slush.  Unfortunately, most of the bikes I observed are ill equipped for these conditions.  I may be showing my age, but I hope there are few accidents.

We've recently introduced a new filter on the Ride Listing page (http://nycc.org/upcoming-rides). In additionl to filtering by Ride Level (A/B/C) you can now filter by Ride Type (Cue Sheet or Training Ride). 

The usage should be pretty straight forward but feel free to post any feedback/questions to this thread.

If you have (or can rent) snowshoes AND MicroSpikes/Stabilicers AND boots/gaiters...AND want to spend much of Sunday on the Harriman trails, contact Marilyn or Ken.
