I have been sidelined since March 3 with a perenium injury.  I will spare you the gory details, but the urologist suggested a saddle with a cutout.  There appear to be two basic styles, a hole in the middle or a split saddle, like a forked tongue.   Any recommendations?  I saw this Selle Italia, SLR Kit Carbonio Boost Superflow Saddle.  The list is $450!!!  Yikes!  On sale for for a mere $314.99 at Competitive Cyclist.  Gee, what a bargain?!  I do own 3 bikes , all of which I ride, so any investment would be tripled.

Our camp offers 4–5-day biking trips for our campers and we’re currently looking to hire a couple biking trip leaders for this summer. We offer two trips for our oldest campers to participate in, one is to Burlington VT and the other is to the Seacoast of Maine. Our biking trip leaders are riding along on these trips with the kids, seeing all the sights and doing all the activities when stopped, ensuring that the kids are practicing safe biking practices and keeping the trips on track.

Is anyone interested in sharing a home rental for the Berkshires weekend?

This one has 4 bedrooms, two with queens and two with two twins.  Total cost is $1,675 (incl fees, taxes and cleaning) for arrival Friday and Departure Monday.  This equates to $420 per bedroom for the full weekend.  It's location is between Sheffield and Great Barrington.

Would anybody like to ride two or three times a week in the morning a couple times around Central Park, occasionally up or down the Greenway? Equivalent to a C12-C14 or a B12-B14, it is a great way to get exercise, build stamina, and "get the blood flowing" at the start of the day, with no pressure and good conversation. Takes a little more than an hour for a  +/- 13 mile ride, door to door (depending on where your door is located).
