Red light tickets on RSD near the Riverbank State Park

Heads up heading north towards the GWB on a bicycle. A single rider was pulled over last Sunday morning on our way outbound on Riverside Drive in the 140's. In addition to regular NYPD vehicles, you also have to watch out for the Green and white Parks Department law enforcement.
In this instance, it was a green and white cruiser.

Central Park Loop Rumble strips
Today the Transportation Department in its great wisdom has installed rumble strips at two crossings:
the light at the entrance for Shakespeare in the Park and the crossing at West 72nd street. No signs to warn riders.
