I'm doing this again this year and looking to share transport from/to the Denver Airport to the ride start. THe only options are renting a vehicle and parking it for the week (which we did last time) or hiring a supershuttle van, both of which are cheaper and more enviro if we form a group. The snow.

Got on my steed first time this year for 3 midday laps in CP today. And yes, I still remember how to ride a bike. There were a few small CPC crews removing snow and trimming trees mostly from the left run/bike lane, the last snow piles around E. 93 were being cleared off. The only other “Cyclist “ I saw was talking to an EMS guy and a CP employee at the bottom of the Lasker hill. (one bike, two vehicles) She was standing and did not seem to be in pain. I stopped and it looked like things were under control. I’m guessing she took a spill on the last remaining patches of ice/slush around the blind right turn next to the rink. So yes the CP drive is clear, except for one half of the right lane and a few patches of snow (mostly melted by my third lap).

George will confirm whether the A-19 contingent will ride or not, but the A-Classic contingent says no thank you to snow showers and ice pellets. Carry on with your TGIF festivities!
