I might be working in Shreveport, LA for a couple of months....so sad to miss Fall cycling in New York. Does anyone know what the cycling is like down there? Would it be worth the cost to ship a bike?

Does anyone know a place near 90th and Lex with a hose that will let you wash off your bicycle? I live at 90th and Lexington. I don't mind paying for it.

Does anyone have any information on the old mansion that sits on the left of the road between Piermont and Nyack? I remember is was rust colored and had a waterfall with lots of land around it.
