The 4 mile Orangetown bike railtrail was named after him. Incidentally his daughter was our baby sitter when we lived in Orangeburg

This Saturday, I plan to ride from NYC to Bridegwater, CT ~ 80miles.  Does anyone have any route suggestions - scenic and/or low traffic

My 20+-year-old Brooks saddle has started creaking in the metal part, mostly every time I shift my weight. Is there a solution to this, or is it time for a new one?

Hey folks - I just joined the the NYCC. I'm far from an expert, but looking to involve myself more in the sport.

I've often seen large groups of cyclists looping around Central Park in the morning (at around 5 or 6 AM). I was wondering if any of you are a part of one of those groups, and would be open to a new cycling partner?
