Is it possible to find statistics, preferably by precinct, for tickets written to cyclists for moving violations? Moving violation numbers are available but with no indication of how many were issued to motor vehicles opposed to human powered bicycles.

I'm getting a bit confused by the double posting in both the original and the "only" (ie. new) NYCC members FB pages, even by the club's officers.  If there is only one official page, which is it, and just so we don't have to check both sites, can the club's official business just be posted only on the correct one?
