Metro North Service on the Harlem Line Update
This from our liaisons at Metro North:
The Harlem Line is available for bike moves again and we just found out that service has been restored beyond Southeast, all the way up to Wassaic again. That will begin when the new schedules are in effect next Monday April 12th.
This means we will begin to take train reservations on the Harlem Line after April 12th.

Information on Bike Path Along Hudson River Between Nyack and Rockland Lake
Access from Nyack to the path is in fact open, though you will not think so!
Rt 6/202, from the traffic circle at Peekskill to the Bear Mtn Bridge will be closed 4/5-16, 9am - 3pm
What we refer to as Anthony's Nose, Rt 6/202, from the traffic circle at Peekskill to the Bear Mtn Bridge will be closed 4/5-16, 9am - 3pm.
This means the access on the eastern side of Bear Mtn Bridge will take 9d north. If you are going to Peekskill, the first opportunity will be South Mountain Pass Road. Likewise, returning from the Bear Mtn Circle, then over the bridge, if you are going to Peekskill, you will need to go over South Mountain Pass Road.
The assumption is that both these roads will be crowded.
For further information, check NYS DOT.

Recent tune up
Good morning,
I thought I could solicit some advice. I just got my road bike back (it's a beginner road bike so not super duper advanced or anything, plus it's at least ten years old) yesterday from a tuneup. It looks great - got a wash, new tires, awesome. However, I'm noticing it's a bit noisy, with some almost knocking-like sounds every so often, even when I'm not pedaling. Plus I favor a good hard gear, and I don't seem to be able to get into it. Is it too soon to determine yet if there's anything wrong? Is there something specific I should be checking for, or asking the guy if I bring it back to him?
Please help! missing bike park! Lost thru axel in Fort Lee Historic Park Parking Lot
Hi,
While loading my bike into my car, I absent mindedly lost my Bontrager front thru axel. I was parked in a spot between 107 through 110 in the Fort Lee Historic Park Parking Lot. If anyone is going tomorrow and happens to find it, please let me know. It's a six week special order and I am trying to avoid a 2.5-3 hour round trip drive.
Thank you! If you find it, please call me at (312) 320-2707.
Rudy Project Spring Sale
There is an extensive thread below discussing prescription lenses. I have used Rudy inserts for many years and like the flexibility across multiple frame styles.

I wanted to give this sale a new thread to benefit those who might be interested in glasses sans ocular inserts.
