This ride takes you through some quiet neighborhoods in NJ to get to Metropolitan Farm where you can stop for a while to admire the alpacas, free-range chickens, guinea fowl, goats, sheep, and whatever this other animal is (https://www.instagram.com/metropolitanfarmfurandfeathers/).

Metropolitan Farm is located on the property that is the oldest working farm in the State of New Jersey. There's a restroom in the back near the chicken coop. Cold drinks may be available during the summer. No food, so bring some snacks to hold you until lunch. Check online to make sure they'll be open on the day of the ride.

Then ride through more quiet neighborhoods to the Farm Café for lunch. There are indoor & outdoor seating options.
