This is a gorgeous and challenging ride through New Jersey and Pennsylvania countryside with a swing by Albert Einstein's family home at 112 Mercer Street in Princeton. Then on to Pennsylvania to look at the Van Sant covered bridge which is said to be one of the most haunted places in Pennsylvania.  Read the story here:

There are many food options for lunch in New Hope.  Ferry Market is recommended for diverse food choices and quick in/out.
 
Walking bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania is required so be prepared for that.
 
You can drive or take NJT to Princeton Junction.  If you drive there is daily parking at NJT Station for a reasonable fee.
