 The American Diabetes Association has a cycling event each year called "The Tour de Cure" in many major cities.  The one in New York City will take place on Saturday, May 10th, 2014 on the West Side on Pier 84 (at West 43^{th st.)}

My front Ksyrium SL rim got dented on the STS yesterday when I hit a deep trench at 30+ mph.

A shop was able to hammer it back into place and smooth it out so its reasonably rideable now.

Questions -

Can I keep using it like nothing happened,

should I toss it now,

or ride it while I shop for a new wheel?

Change in my schedule has it made it possible for me to go to Berkshires - but don't know where exactly to stay?

Do you have a room and need roommate? Or are you also looking for roommate and a place to stay?

As I'm on my own - would like to stay in hotel/inn where other NYCCer's are staying--any suggestions? Going to be riding on B rides so think I would like to stay nearer to Shettfield-

Janice and I are optimistic that it will clear up and the roads will be dry by the time we head out for our ride.

However, given the iffy weather, we may have to be a little flexible and change the ride on the fly.
