I love the finding that the massaged muscles made more mitochondria as well.

For the record, we've known for quite some time that muscle soreness is not caused by lactic acid accumulation. Any therapist who is making that claim has not kept current on the research.

Hi!

I was wondering if any of you guys have been out riding with John in Tuscany?

I just went to visit him in Florence to get a Bouchet guitar copied (he was featured in this month's Mountain Bike Action magazine). Super nice guy and his guitars are beautiful, plus, I like totally knew my way round Florence from watching Jersey Shore.

Awesome!
