Late but Heartfelt Thanks for Central NJ Crossing Ride
A bit late - but just want to say thanks to all who were involved in setting up the Central NJ Crossing Ride last Saturday-
A really fun ride - beautiful route and exact cue sheet - Liked the fact that lunch was arranged and had plent of options --
Call out to Bruce/David for leading the B17 - kept a nice pace and friendly attitude!

Cue Sheet Holder . . .
Does anyone know (I mean know) of a bike shop that sells those little cue sheet clamp-on-a-velcro-strap thingies. In the past, I've gotten new ones at the SIG orientation, but that's a bit far off. My last one blew away crossing 9W and Palisade at the end of ENY, and I wasn't really in the mood to go back for it.
Thanks in advance,
Peter Storey
A greeting table volunteer needed for tomorrow night's meeting
Due to an understandable emergency, we had a last minute cancelation from one of our wonderful front greeting table volunteers for tomorrow's meeting. Therefore, I need a "good hearted" volunteer to help me out at the perverbial last minute to help out at the front greeting table. You would need to be at Annie Moore's Restaurant and Pub, 50 E. 43rd St. (bet. Mad. & Vand. Aves.) at 5:30 - 5:45 PM. Ths is a really easy job. Please contact me ASAP at [email protected]. Thanks very much, Eden J. Weiss VP of Programs

I'm running for President (Neile Weissman)
Fellow Club Members,
My name is Neile Weissman and I am running for NYCC President. Read about my background, platform and rationale on the 2014 Candidate Positions page

Also, my responses to former President Derek Chu's "8 questions" for the Presidential candidates:
1. Do you know how the NYCC Board of Directors functions?
New ride posted for Sunday 10/13: Wesley HILLS
I've posted an A18 ride 81 miles long with what I expect is about 5200 feet of climbing (most of it before lunch ): Wesley HILLS
Bragging alert (and cross post from *gasp* a runner!)
After seven years of cycling and running, I pitched myself to Runner's World. While they wouldn't let me mention the NYCC and SIG program by name, I credit the program (and one George Arcarola, leader extrodinnaire) for helping shape the person the publication is featuring:
