I assume that someone has used the North side by now.  How was it?  What is the condition of the stairs?

Also, I am thinking about riding the ferry to Weehawken as an alternative.  Any suggestions for a route from Weehawken to Hudson Terrace?"

A new charity ride on Oct. 7th called Velocity is in need of vounteers, including marshals. The ride benefits cancer research.

On Saturday afternoon around 4pm, my bicycle was stolen from the cafe on 104 and Riverside Park.  

We stacked our bikes, as we normally do; kept a carefull eye on our bikes, as we normally do; had a few beers, as we normally do.  It only took a minute of us not paying attention when someone walked away with my bike.  

I've been on countless rides when there is a group of super expensive bikes just stacked against the outside of a deli wall while everyone is inside enjoying a well deserved lunch.  We make it too easy for theives to take just one of those bikes.  

It's still in the submission queue but after a catastrophic mechanical issue today along the route I'm attempting today's posted ride again tomorrow. Email me at [email protected] if you're interested. Early departure from GCT so email by 11pm tonight
