Ride to Montauk route

Submitted by miro on Wed, 09/07/2011 - 6:49pm

Does anyone out there have a gps (gpx) copy of the route from nyc to montauk along the south shore?  Or better, but probably unlikely, an electronic copy of the turn-by-turn used to get out there?   Thx.

'Ride' does not do ENY justice anymore.

It is as much festival, foodie happening, fiesta.... as it is a fantastic well-supported 3-route ride...all courtesy of 180 exuberant NYCC volunteers, committed to making everyone’s day.

Wed CP Ride & Dash. Pretty sure it's going to rain.

Power Yoga Studio Recommendations

Submitted by BGillespie on Tue, 09/06/2011 - 10:25pm

Hello,

I am in search of a yoga studio in Manhattan that offers a variety of very challenging power yoga classes.  I am looking for a studio located not too far from Penn Station, either downtown or in midtown.  Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Dailymile Escape New York Ride

I recently discovered this website called dailymile and it seems like a great tool to keep track of your rides. Works with an iphone app called Cyclemeter, which automatically uploads your rides to the site. Essentially it is facebook for athletes (bike, swim, run).
