I am thinking of doing this 4 day ride in New Hampshire this July.Has anyone done this ride or have any experience with the organisers or the locale.. Any info would be helpful

It works out to around 100 bucks a day including food and lodging.. so quite a good deal...

How many calories should I be consuming per hour on long rides, 100 mile plus. I weigh 160 pounds. I'm thinking 150 calories.

I am looking  for a bike rack that I might be able to borrow for the Birkshires weekend. 

Does anyone have a rack that would fit on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and hold three bikes that they aren't using and might be willing to loan?

Or, does anyone know if there are rentals out there?
