I live in Murray Hill area.  My usual cardio biking workout consists of going over the 4 east river bridges (59th, Manh, WBurg, Brkyn).  The gradients is at best 4% during my ride.  NYCC has a list of regional hill grades which show that the Inwood area has some of the steepest gradients in Manhattan (9% :O).   I check Google Map which shows that I can get to the Inwood area on the Westside Highway.  Prefer sometime safe away from car traffic so 5th avenue route or the east side greenway route aren't as safe because you have to ride in the street more.  Westside Highway looks like a nice route plus it will get me to GW bridge which I haven't gone over yet.   But once I'm in the Inwood area, how safe is the area?  Can anyone s

Can anyone recommend someone who specializes in fractured clavicles? Went down on RR and X-rays at ER indicated 2 broken ribs and the fractured clavicle.

Hi I am going to be in West Hampton next week and available to ride on Thursday and Friday.  Saturday I am going to do the Sag Harbor Ride.  That ride leaves from the Bike Shop at 7am although I have to confirm that time. Its a competitive pack ride although there is an easier version.
