He is a CIA grad and has been exec. chef at Blue Fin in the W Hotel NYC since 2005. Seafood will apparently be the specialty. The #14 is lucky for him--he's the youngest of 14 children! Paula told me that cyclists are definitely welcome
Berkshires Accommodation - room(s)/share(s) wanted
Looks like I'll be able to attend after all but need room/share for me only on Friday night and two rooms (me + others) for both Saturday and Sunday nights.
I likely have a backup plan but just throwing this out there in case anyone has any better options.

Friday 5/23: impromptu Westchester ride, Stone Barns, ~40 miles, b18
Mammoth Boulder Falls on River Rd under GW Bridge--it was the size of a car
The gates N & S of the bridge are chained closed for cars. Bikes can go around the chains & easiily ride around the rock. I think it happened Sunday & assume it was after the Gran Fondo passed. Additional rock slides in the area can't be ruled out.
