Thank you..." Were I a better person, I would be content with his correct understanding and his saying that.

When does the CT Shoreline Foliage ride (the one starts and finishes at New Haven) usually happen? Sometime in late October?

Could someone in the know ballpark the elevation change for the 100 mile ride? I tried to find this information on the ENY site, the ride with gps site and in the last 5 pages of forum posts but was not sucessful.

September is ENY month – our Club’s annual Escape New York ride. Approximately 200 or so NYCC volunteers have been working all year long to make this day happen.  Hundreds and hundreds of people, cyclists, will have a wonderful day as a result of the work of so many of our members.  We never cease to amaze me.

I'm doing a charity SF-LA ride from the 15th to the 20th. Wondering if anyone has a road bike case I could use for that time. Not even sure if these things come in different sizes, but it's for a men's 63cm frame. I don't anticipate needing to own one, but happy to rent. 

This is for a motorcycle event
