My sister is looking to sell her Specialized Allez road bike for $400. The bike is a 50 cm frame. So it's perfect for anyone between 5'3" and 5'5" (my sis is 5'4" and she rode it in a few triathlons; I'm 5'5" and I borrowed it for C-SIG). It's a great bike! Sturdy and pretty fast. If it's anything like the other bikes he rides to work it's in excellent condition. And I can definitely vouche for his claim "only ridden a handful of times in the last few years" 'cuz I've never seen him on this bike!

entry level Shimano MTB shoes (SH MT41G), size 41 with Shimano SPD cleats (multi-directional) that are still good to go. Shoes show hardly any signs of wear (used them for one season) but they are slightly too small for me.
