entry level MTB shoes to give away

entry level Shimano MTB shoes (SH MT41G), size 41 with Shimano SPD cleats (multi-directional) that are still good to go. Shoes show hardly any signs of wear (used them for one season) but they are slightly too small for me.

Fulcrum 7 Racing Rims
I am offering a pair of Fulcrum 7 racing rims. The size is 622 x 15 C Aluminum Alloy. I am selling them as a pair or front/back separately. Pair for $150.00. Front Rim: $115.00; Rear Wheel (contains dent from accident but rest of the wheel is good and can be used if trued): $50.00

This frameset was team issue from 2004 and is in very nice shape overall. There are two small dings on the down tube and several areas (mainly on the chainstays) where I have touched up paint chips with red nail polish as directed by Joe Bell.
I am interested in selling as a complete bike built up as listed below. I recently re-built up the bike with the components listed below. All parts are very close to new with approximately 100 miles on them (other than headset or handlebars).
