As we speak, our webmaster and developer are working to repair and smooth out the Join, Renew, and Join-By-Mail functions.
That's top priority.

Hi Ellen- it would be helpful for the renewal instructions, once developed, to be posted prominently on the home page. we all have the same problem.

The goal is a path that is so intuitive that instructions are unneccessary....or minimal.
That would apply to the site entirely.
