Hi All. I need to train this winter as I signed up for La Vuelta PR. I was thinking of doing some indoor training with my bike trainer when the weather gets unbearable. Can anyone suggest what DVDs have been helpful, interesting and not boring to keep using?

when I trained for the etape du tour last year, I relied a lot on "thesufferfest.com" for short and intense sessions. For endurance rides, I watched Troy Jacobsen's Adirondack loop video. The truth is that it all gets stale, but using the same videos can help you track your performance.
