There are several solutions to slow performance that we are looking at. Some cost some extra money, some require some extra work. If the problem comtinues, we will choose one and implement soon.

According to the latency
According to the latency audit I did using standard browser tools, the site is reloading approximately 100 files each time, not caching and not using compression. These seem to me to be trivial fixes.
