I'm going on a biking/hiking weekend in a week and a half up in the Kittatinny Mtns. in Northern NJ. I do have a road bike, but I think I prefer riding the rails-to-trails path with a mountain bike.
We're having a hard time renting a mountain bike in NJ (most shops apparently no longer rent bikes due to inadequate insurance coverage in the state of NJ).
Any suggestions for either bike shops in NJ that *do* rent mountain bikes OR a good source for rental here in NYC?
Any suggestions appreciated.
