Does anyone know if there are organised cycle groups you can join to ride with a bunch of roadies in Central Park very early in the morning?
I've seen groups cycling around at about 6am and wondered if they were just a bunch of mates or an organised club.
Thanks.
Peter Rowe.

This club has some organized morning rides. CRCA has weekly morning coaching sessions.

Peter - I meet at 5:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Engineers' Gate (90th Street and Fifth Avenue) for laps at a B17 pace. All are welcome to join me. I will probably be teaching a rotating paceline tomorrow or next week.

There are also A19 and Classic A groups that meet at about that time. Hopefully, one of them will respond to you as I do not know the details, although I believe they meet at Tavern on the Green.

There are also road racing groups (they're the ones in the matching jerseys) and sometimes there are tri-athlete training groups.

There's actually a lot of activity at that time of the day, right?

Anyway, feel free to join me. (By the way, I don't have access to the Message Board after 6pm.)

Regards,
Linda
