Looking for recommendations for a solid, but reasonably priced (e.g., well under $400) case for airport transport. I saw a $99 case on coloradocyclist.com, but it looked rather flimsy to trust with baggage handlers.
My airline will provide a case, but I assume it is a cardboard box -- and that also seems dubious.

I know it's been a couple of weeks since you posted, but, if you're still looking I have a Trico Iron Case that's in pretty good shape. I've used it a few times--not as many as I'd like to have.
