I use and like these tires. It's hard to find them for less than $30. Here they are for $18--only for another week.

Are the fusion comp's any better then the old hutchinson carbon comps? I guess if you like them they must be. Those carbon comps were made out of relatively soft rubber and were highly prone to cuts and nicks.

Yes, they're a different tire. I've gotten good mileage out of them, but I should also say that I'm fairly light. I've had a set on all through the winter and have been flat free (of course, until the next time I ride, since I just wrote this).
