NYCC is doing flowers for the Ghostbike on 3rd Ave & 17th Street
The NYCC will be providing flowers for the Ghost bike on Third Avenue at 17th Street, Manhattan. It to commemorate Reginald Chan who was hit by a truck on that spot on 17 September 2006.
The Memorial Ride is expected to arrive there around 3.15pm in the afternoon. If you are in the neighborhood, please stop by to join in lighting a candle, laying flowers and reading of the Memorial Ride statement.
