Mileage Log

If anyone would like an Excel based mileage log for 2007, send me an e-mail and I will forward it to you. I have found it an effective way to not only track the miles but to motivate me to ride more.

If you ride more than one bike or do more than one mileage-based sport and want to really nerd out, I can help you set up a version that keeps track of mileage by bike/sport.

My spreadsheet has seven columns: four bikes and three for swimming (based on yards, meters, and open water). Lots of fun!
